The Edath Chronicles are a series of modular tabletop games based in a unique fantasy setting that can be played individually or combined together to create an ongoing story.

At their core, all the games in the Edath Chronicles use the same, tactical system to resolve combat and conflict. This core gameplay is like using dice but you pick the values! It's a system that puts the outcome into your hands - your choices and tactics alone determine success or failure.

All the games use cards to represent everything from characters to troops to terrain to buildings to beasts to strategies to magic and so on. But the Edath Chronicles aren't 'card games' or CCGs. The cards just act as the components to the games instead of miniatures or wooden blocks or a board.

The cards from one game or expansion can be used in the other games. For example, Terrain Cards can be used to build a battlefield for a battle or can be used to build a track for a race or hunt. As you collect cards, the variety and options you have in any of the games expands.

The games have a modular design - they use the same core combat and conflict resolution mechanic, they use the same movement mechanic, they use the same rules for magic, and so on. This means that once you know the core elements to the Edath Chronicles you can easily pick up and play any of the games from battles to hunts to chases to jousts to sieges to spy vs, spy to magical duels to quests and so on.

All the games are based in a unique fantasy setting - Edath. As the Edath Chronicles expand you will discover more and more about Edath.

The adventure begins with Chronicle 4. War for Edath: the beginning.
